Best of Milwaukee- Half Day Tour

See the best of Milwaukee like you’ve never seen it before! The Best of the Milwaukee Kayak Tour gives paddlers the opportunity to visit some of the city’s most loved and famous establishments. This historic Milwaukee guided tour starts off with a dry land paddle lesson, then paddlers will launch into the river via our “Yak Port,” which makes getting in and out of your boat easy. 

Your kayak guide will take you up the river to your first stop at Lakefront Brewery, where you will dock your kayaks and take a Milwaukee brewery tour, which will include sampling craft beers. Food is also available for purchase at this stop. After your stop at Lakefront, you will head back into your kayaks and follow your kayak guide down river to some other Milwaukee hot spots. 

Some guests will also have the opportunity to walk across the bridge and take a photo with the Bronze Fonz by Gerald P. Sawyer, a must when visiting Brew City. Following this stop, you will paddle to Pere Marquette Park to visit Usinger’s Sausage, and Mader’s German Restaurant on famous Old World Third Street. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase a souvenir if they wish before getting back into kayaks and returning to the launch. The Best of Milwaukee tours duration is four hours long and bathrooms are located along the way at every stop.
